| Gregory C. Fisher of Denver, Colorado, Independent, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Barbara J. Green of Denver, Colorado and serves as a member from the city and county of Denver who is familiar with its water problems, and with experience in the planning and developing of water projects. Upon Senate confirmation, his term will expire October 1, 2008. | ||

Harris of Durango, Colorado, Democrat, serves as a representative of the San Miguel-Dolores-San Juan drainage basin and as an individual experienced in engineering aspects of water projects. Mr. Harris is Chair of the Board. His Board term will expire October 1, 2010, as confirmed by the Senate on January 29, 2008. | ||

| Stephen T. LaBonde of Grand Junction, Colorado, Republican, serves as a representative of the Main Colorado drainage basin. Mr. LaBonde was appointed to the Board in 2007 for a term expiring October 1, 2010, as confirmed by the Senate on January 29, 2008. | ||
| Douglas B. Monger of Hayden, Colorado, Democrat, serves as a representative of the Yampa-White drainage basins and as a member experienced in the planning and developing of water projects. Mr. Monger's term will expire October 1, 2009. | ||
| Ann E. Nichols of Manitou Springs, Colorado, Republican, serves as a representative of the Arkansas drainage basin. Ms. Nichols was re-appointed for an additional four year term which will expire October 1, 2009. | ||
| Clair B. Orr of Kersey, Colorado, Republican, serves as a member from the South Platte drainage basin and as a member experienced in water project funding. Mr. Orr was appointed to replace Louis Rinaldo and his term will expire October 1, 2008. | ||
