BOARD OF DIRECTORS
     
  Don C. Carlson of Loveland, Colorado, Republican, appointed to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Steve O. Sims of Greeley, Colorado and serves as a member from the South Platte drainage basin who is familiar with water project financing. As confirmed by the Senate on March 18, 2010, Mr. Carlson's term will expire on October 1, 2012.  
     
  Gregory C. Fisher of Denver, Colorado, Independent, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Barbara J. Green of Denver, Colorado and serves as a member from the city and county of Denver who is familiar with its water problems, and with experience in the planning and development of water projects. As confirmed by the Senate on February 3, 2009, his term will expire October 1, 2012.  
     
  Steven C. Harris of Durango, Colorado, Democrat, serves as a representative of the San Miguel-Dolores-San Juan drainage basin and as an individual experienced in engineering aspects of water projects. His Board term will expire October 1, 2014, as confirmed by the Senate on April 27, 2011.  
     
  Gregory J. Higel of Alamosa, Colorado, Democrat, serves as a representative of the Rio Grande drainage basin. Mr. Higel is a rancher and serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board. His term will expire October 1, 2014, as confirmed by the Senate on April 27, 2011. Mr. Higel was elected as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board at its October 2010 meeting.  
     
  Frank Kugel of Gunnison, Colorado, Independent, serves as a member from the Gunnison-Uncompahgre drainage basin, and with experience in water law. Confirmed by the Senate on February 3, 2009, his term will expire October 1, 2011.  
     
  Stephen T. LaBonde of Grand Junction, Colorado, Republican, serves as a representative of the Main Colorado drainage basin. Mr. LaBonde is Chair of the Board. He was appointed to the Board in 2010 for a term expiring October 1, 2014, as confirmed by the Senate on April 27, 2011. Mr. LaBonde was elected as Chair of the Board at its October 2010 meeting.  
     
  Douglas B. Monger of Hayden, Colorado, Democrat, serves as a representative of the Yampa-White drainage basins and as a member experienced in the planning and developing of water projects. Mr. Monger serves as Vice Chair of the Board. When confirmed by the Senate, Mr. Monger's term will expire October 1, 2013. Mr. Monger was elected as Vice Chair of the Board at its October 2009 meeting.  
     
  Ann E. Nichols of Manitou Springs, Colorado, Republican, serves as a representative of the Arkansas drainage basin. When confirmed by the Senate, Ms. Nichols' term will expire October 1, 2013.  
     
  Ty Wattenberg of Walden, Colorado, Republican, serves as a member from the North Platte drainage basin. As confirmed by the Senate on February 3, 2009, his term will expire October 1, 2011.
