APPLICATON DEADLINES FOR

THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUND
AND
THE DRINKING WATER REVOLVING FUND

To be considered for funding in the spring bond issue all complete leveraged loan (over $1 million) applications must be submitted by January 15th.

Depending upon demand and available loan capacity a second application date may be set by the WQCD and the Authority for a fall bond issue.

In order to expedite all loan applications and approval by the Authority Board the following dates have been established for loan application submittals throughout the year:

November 15th for consideration at the Authority’s January (third week) Board meeting.

*January 15th for consideration at the Authority’s March (first Friday) Board meeting. This is also the last application deadline for inclusion into the spring bond issue.

February 15th for consideration at the Authority’s April (third Friday) Board meeting.

*April 15th for consideration at the Authority’s June (first Friday) Board meeting.

June 15th for consideration at the Authority’s August (third Friday) Board meeting.

*August 15th for consideration at the Authority’s October (first Friday) Board meeting.

October 15 for consideration at the Authority’s December (first Friday) Board meeting.

*Please note that these deadlines only allow for a six-week review period prior to the Authority’s Board meeting the following month. It is recommended that entities applying for Drinking Water Revolving Fund loans submit their loan applications along with their Technical, Managerial, and Financial Capacity Assessment Worksheets two weeks prior to the deadlines indicated. This will allow both WQCD staff and DOLA staff an opportunity to work with entities to ensure compliance with the TMF capacity requirements.

Applicants should coordinate with their Project Manager from the WQCD to determine the appropriate application submittal schedule to ensure board action in a timely manner.

Incomplete applications may delay board consideration.
