DWRF and WPCRF Eligibility Lists for 2008

SJR08-003, Additions, Deletions and Modifications to the DWRF and WPCRF Project Eligibility Lists was passed by the General Assembly and signed by the Governor on March 24, 2008.

SB08-010, Changes to the Authority's Statute was passed by the General Assembly and signed by the Governor on March 13, 2008. Statute changes include authorizing Board member participation in meetings via telecommunications devices and increasing Board members' per diem.

SB 08-221, Concerning the authority of the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority to issue bonds for certain projects. The Authority is hereby authorized to issue bonds, in an amount not to exceed fifty million dollars, for the purposes of funding watershed protection projects and forest health projects of governmental agencies.
