Who We Are

The Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority (“Authority”) is a quasi-governmental organization created by state statute to provide low cost financing for water and wastewater related infrastructure projects to municipalities and special districts. The Authority utilizes several programs to provide funding for local governments’ water, wastewater, and hydropower projects including the State Revolving Fund Programs (Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund and Drinking Water Revolving Fund), Water Revenue Bonds Program, and the Small Hydropower Loan Program.
