State Revolving Fund 2021 Eligibility Survey

Get ready for the DWRF and WPCRF eligibility survey

 

The below description contains important information regarding the Annual DWRF and WPCRF Eligibility Survey. Please read or pass this notice along to a responsible official for your system. 

Colorado’s State Revolving Fund, drinking water and wastewater programs, provide affordable financial assistance for water and sewer infrastructure needs throughout the State of Colorado. Eligibility to secure funding begins with the annual eligibility survey. 

The survey will open on June 1, 2020, with a June 30, 2020 deadline.

This year the survey will be completed online through the new Colorado Environmental Online Services (CEOS) system. If you already have a CEOS account, there is nothing further required at this time; please return to CEOS on June 1 to complete the survey.
 
If you do not have a CEOS user account you will need to set up an account in order to complete your eligibility survey.

Please follow the new user setup process for CEOS provided on our website. Setting up the account takes only a few minutes and can be done any time prior to the June 30 deadline. Please note, you will want to allow time to fill out the survey. Do not wait until the last minute!

We will send another notice requesting action be taken on the 2021 Eligibility Survey. Please do not hesitate to act upon this request, ensuring your system’s State Revolving Fund eligibility.
