This is the document for the Project Finance Committee (PFC). The PFC Meets as necessary prior to Board meetings to discuss loan applications and make recommendations to the full Board. The committee is responsible for evaluation and making recommendations to the full Board on loan applications, credit reports and Disadvantaged Communities’ business cases.

This is the document for the Board Program Work Session (BPWS). The BPWS meets as needed prior to Board meetings to discuss programmatic issues involving loans, subsidies, etc. The committee is responsible for making recommendations to the full Board on policy matters involving the WPCRF, DWRF, SHLP and WRB programs. The committee consists of all active Board members.
