Base Program Disadvantaged Communities ("DAC")
If your community qualifies as a Base Program Disadvantaged Community, lower interest rates than non Disadvantaged Communities and better financing terms may be available under the Drinking Water Revolving Fund ("DWRF") or Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund ("WPCRF"). Here are the details:

Availability of Planning Grant and Design and Engineering Grant Funds

Maximum loan amount: $3.0 million

Loan Terms: Not to exceed the project's designed life (max 30 years).
