Karen Wogsland, of Steamboat, Colorado, serves as the representative of the Yampa/White Drainage Basin and as a member experienced in the planning and development of water projects. Ms. Wogsland was re-appointed to the Board for a second term in March 2026 for a term expiring October 1, 2029.
