NOTICE AS TO THE PROPOSED BUDGET

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget for 2026 has been submitted to the Board of Directors for the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority.  A copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the Authority at Suite 820, 1580 N. Logan Street, Denver, Colorado, where same is open for public inspection.  Such proposed budget will be considered at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority’s Conference Room in Denver, Colorado, on December 5, 2025, at 9:00 am.

Any interested elector may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
